Ciba® ALCOTAC® FE range

These polymers are very fine free-flowing powders, which are added in advance of the balling disk/drum. As ALCOTAC FE polymer is burnt off during induration, the end product is a more porous and saleable pellet, which does not contain additional silica.

Ciba's Agglomeration technology encompasses many more processes than Iron ore pelletisation. The Ciba® ALCOTAC® CB range of organic binders is a comprehensive range of both solid and liquid binders, which are used in  Briquetting, Extrusion and Granulation applications.

Ciba® ALCOTAC® CB products give excellent lubrication, moulding and binding properties for processes such as coal-fines briquetting and carbon and graphite extrusion.
