Ciba (Colombia) S.A. was created on January 3, 1997 as a fruit of the Novartis S.A. scission. We have a small and very lean organization that operates through a legal entity that provides administration and some operational services for all the Andean and Central American Countries. We run our business with our own sales force, and through a very well established distribution network for all business lines in the Andean Region. In the case of the Central American countries, for some business lines we have our own sales force and some agents as well.
